Returns

  • No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from MANGOSLAB or litedelights.net. Request an RMA # by emailing litedelightsinc@gmail.com. Please let us know why you’re returning the item or if there was anything wrong with your order.
  • All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization to be eligible to receive credit.
  • All returned items must be received in salable condition with all manuals, parts, and paperwork intact.
  • All defective products are returned to us first; then we'll ship out the replacement before receiving the defective product from the customer. We will decide if the damage is covered by warranty upon receipt and investigation of the product. If the product is covered by warranty, we will send a replacement product.
  • All returns returned damaged or without original packaging and/or accessories, manuals, etc., will be subject to a higher restocking fee.
  • The customer must procure shipping for returns.
  • Defective Items will be replaced without charge.
  • All returns are evaluated upon receipt to determine the amount of credit that will be given.
